I have known Mariah for over 16 years. As a life Coach
Mariah has helped me to make positive changes in my beliefs, attitude, and my
outlook in life, from a place of pain and anxiety to one worth living life to its
fullest. She helped me find my purpose in life, she listened, and helped me see
how I made changes that made a difference in my overall well being, she helped
me chart my progress through relationship building strategies, and root causes
of my depression.
She came into my life right when I needed her the most. She is patient, caring, and intuitive about
what ails people, never pushy or assuming. She shared her knowledge and her experiences to help guide me to a
deeper level of understanding of life and life’s lessons through interconnectedness.
I have shared my most personal struggles and character flaws with her and she
has helped me to work through them on an emotional and spiritual levels to get
where I am today in life. She aided me in seeking my own truth and my own
vision, I suffered from a deep depression that I still battle today but that
doesn’t cripple me anymore. I lead a wonderful life and I have been given the
greatest gifts in people that I have met along the way here. I look back now
and I don’t know how anyone could have got through to me but she did. Mariah
showed me how to live a more productive and full life by being a coach, a
sister, a mother, and a friend that is who she is, naturally.
I think life changes only take hold when one is ready to own
them. I have a long way to go but I am not alone. I use the tools she helped me find and I make
those changes when I can and I am not perfect but I sure am happier and enjoying my life.

Indeed the skin absorbs everything! It’s our 3rd lung.
I really wish my tap/shower water had no fluoride in it… and that oxygen system were used instead of chlorination. I wonder what is an easy way to remove the fluoride without stripping the water of its essential minerals.
I’m another one of Mariahs friends that did not know about this website. So now I’ve got to start using my facebook and linkedin I guess.

Hey old woman, I’ve got a great tip for keeping mosquitos away all summer. Just rub used kitty litter all over your face and arms,works like a miracle!! (keeps annoying people away too!}
