I have known Mariah for over 16 years. As a life Coach
Mariah has helped me to make positive changes in my beliefs, attitude, and my
outlook in life, from a place of pain and anxiety to one worth living life to its
fullest. She helped me find my purpose in life, she listened, and helped me see
how I made changes that made a difference in my overall well being, she helped
me chart my progress through relationship building strategies, and root causes
of my depression.
She came into my life right when I needed her the most. She is patient, caring, and intuitive about
what ails people, never pushy or assuming. She shared her knowledge and her experiences to help guide me to a
deeper level of understanding of life and lifes lessons through interconnectedness.
I have shared my most personal struggles and character flaws with her and she
has helped me to work through them on an emotional and spiritual level s to get
where I am today in life. She aided me in seeking my own truth and my own
vision, I suffered from a deep depression that I still battle today but that
doesn’t cripple me anymore. I lead a wonderful life and I have been given the
greatest gifts in people that I have met along the way here. I look back now
and I don’t know how anyone could have got through to me but she did. Mariah
showed me how to live a more productive and full life by being a coach, a
sister, a mother, and a friend that is who she is, naturally.
I think life changes only take hold when one is ready to own
them. I have a long way to go but I am not alone. I use the tools she helped me find and I make
those changes when I can and I am not perfect but I sure am happier living my life.

Rain Drop Therapy
Rain Drop therapy is a very enjoyable way to heal the immune system. I use young living oils and apply them to the spine as well as the bottom of the feet. I put on hot packs to increase the absorption. Then I give a head and foot massage while the oils are sinking in. This one is a favorite of most of my clients
Ionic Foot Bath
This involves a machine and a tub of water for your feet. This machine stimulates the release of toxins from your feet. This part lasts about 40 minutes. When that is completed I do a foot massage with organic cream.
Regression
his is very useful in accessing where an odd or distressing thought or feeling is coming from. Often they are traumas from earlier in this life or an alternate life. doing a regression can access the situations and clearing them in a very positive way. Instead of taking years to clear a trauma, it can take only hours.
Animal Communication
If your pet is showing signs that something is wrong, or that they would like something and you can’t figure out what, I can help relay the information from your pet to you.
Iridology
This is a wonderful tool that you can use the rest of your life. The Iris of your eye changes all the time It is the access tool for you to your body. I will do an iridology session for you and I will give you the chart and teach you how to read your own eyes. This is a wonderful tool to keep track of your health.
